unless selected otherwise all collection prices are based on commercial articulated vehicles to a commercial area and premises. 
the collection point must have no access restrictions and be able to load the goods to the vehicle safely themselves. 
trucking companies allow 15 minute windows for cargo load before waiting time may apply. 
price may not be applicable for non stack, unpacked, awkward sized cargo, fabric cartons or cargo with dims exceeding dims of 230cms (length) 
if residential surcharge has been selected the above conditions will apply. 
we can look to accommodate additional requirements (tail lift, timed..etc) or special vehicles on request but all costs associated will be for the account of the customer.
